I have joined the site and have posted in the forum etc. but the site will not let me submit news. I have several press releases about our organisation, some important projects and an event to promote. I would very much like to tell Design Aid visitors about these on the site and in the news letter you distribute, can you help?
Your membership needs to be that of "Author" or greater to submit news to the Design Aid website. To upgrade your membership to "Author"... simply send us a message asking to have your membership upgraded to that of Author, all we need to know is the user name and email address you used to register on the site and the site administrator will upgrade your membership so you can submit your news. Most of the news from the website will make it into the e newsletter when it is sent out. The newsletter includes only the lead in, or intro part of your news story... We recommend you have a paragraph or two with a Photograph if you have one (positioned left and set to 200px wide) in your lead in, the top WYSIWYG CMS box, with the main story in the lower WYSIWYG CMS box. The lead in is what will be published in the e newsletter with a read more link that takes the reader direct to your item on the Design Aid website.
