Derwentside CVS and Volunteer Bureau is here to help voluntary and community groups to run successful, safe and vital services. We provide a wide range of support services, and we are always happy to hear from you.
Funding advice
Information on potential funders, guidance, good practice and support on developing high quality funding proposals
Office services
Photocopying, laminating, binding documents etc
Equipment loan service
Overhead projector, screen, display boards, laptops for training sessions etc
Financial services
Independent Examination of Annual Accounts, Payroll Service, Budget advice
Volunteering
Recruiting volunteers, support in placing volunteers, good practice and up to date volunteering information
Please ask if you need more information or want advice, appointments can be made by telephone,
online or email. If you are a community or voluntary sector group in Derwentside these services are there for you to access and most of them are free.
Public Access Internet
The Tommy Armstrong Centre has FREE internet access for public use so pop in to our computer suite. Members of the public are free to come and use these facilities, free of charge.
Should you require; we will be able to print any work for you for a small charge; Black and White - 2 pence a sheet.
IT support is available if required.
